Boulder’s beverage scene has been booming for quite some time, and we think it’s due to be recognized! From the producers of First Bite, Boulder County’s Restaurant Week, comes First Sip, a four-day celebration of all things with restaurants, bars, and local spirit companies. First Sip will feature a variety of drink specials, tastings and special events celebrating and highlighting the exceptional beverage scene in Boulder County. April 26-30, 2023, grab your friends and explore new libations, refresh your palate for dining out and let us fill your cup.

About First Bite

We are celebrating the Boulder dining scene. We love to share the special events, holidays, and unique offerings you don’t want to miss. We also host the Boulder County Restaurant Week every Fall.

We are creating connections. We know that in many of our lives, connections are made through food. By sharing the stories of our community, we hope to establish and strengthen the connection between diners, chefs, small business owners, farmers and more.
